Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene reasons, used or opened innerwear such as briefs, panties, and similar products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
